SHIPPING

Items will not be dispatched until the payment has been made.
Carriage will normally be undertaken by UK Royal Mail using the recorded delivery service. Sarah Ford may deliver items from the same order separately or together, however charges for postage and packing will remain as per the original item(s). Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.
Please add a message to your order if you have any particular requirements regarding delivery. 

DELIVERY

Sarah aim's to despatch your order as soon as possible, but please allow 7-14 days for your item to reach you.
If you require your item to be delivered urgently please contact Sarah at sarah@sarahford.co.uk & Sarah will do her best to meet your deadline.

RETURNS

Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase; however, Sarah will exchange or refund faulty goods so long as the item(s) provided are returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail with all details of return and please note proof of postage is imperative at this stage as she cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. Please note personalised items are non returnable.
These terms do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act.
