Sarah Ford reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.

Payement

All payments are to be made through PayPal which is a secure online process.

Prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP) including VAT unless otherwise stated. Personalisation costs need to be added at the checkout stage. The delivery charges are as shown and will be added to the item price at checkout. Excess charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process. Items will not be despatched until payment is received.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, you will be informed as soon as possible and offered the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.

All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Sarah Ford will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods.

Sarah Ford is under no obligation to accept any order.

Commission based orders can also be placed by telephone or email correspondence.

Shipping/Delivery

Sarah Ford’s online shop currently supplies goods to various destinations within the United Kingdom & EU, unless a request has been made otherwise.

Carriage will normally be undertaken by UK Royal Mail using the recorded delivery service. Sarah Ford may deliver items from the same order separately or together, however charges for postage and packing will remain as per the original item(s). Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.

Please add a message to your order if you have any particular requirements regarding delivery. We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, but please allow 7-14 days for your item to reach you.

Returns

Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase; however, we will exchange or refund faulty goods so long as the item(s) provided are returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail with all details of return and please note proof of postage is imperative at this stage as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit. Goods which are returned to us but are lost in shipping remain your responsibility. Please note personalised items are non returnable.

Products & their care

Products are handmade in the United Kingdom. Highly embellished products of this nature should be taken extra care of. They contain small parts which could cause choking hazards and are therefore not suitable for children. Sarah Ford cannot be held responsible for any item that is damaged due to undue care and attention of the customer. All products are wipe clean only, and please note dyes may run.

Customer's contact details are held by us only to inform you of special events, offers and news from www.sarahford.co.uk. We DO NOT pass on any details of any of our customers to third parties. If you do not wish to be added to the mailing list please e-mail quoting 'unsubscribe' in the subject box.

All products are handmade therefore may differ slightly from the illustrations though every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. Colours are as accurate as possible but please take into consideration slight differences in display screens.

Legal Construction

These terms shall, in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and in conformity with English Law. This contract is considered to be made in Stockton-on-Tees, UK and is between Sarah Ford and the purchaser.
